1. Beta Service
Entra Snapshot is currently provided as a free beta service. This means the service is under active development and may change, have interruptions, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
2. Service Description
Entra Snapshot provides configuration monitoring for Microsoft 365 tenants using Microsoft's Unified Tenant Configuration Management (UTCM) APIs. The service allows you to:
- Create configuration baselines from your tenant state
- Monitor for configuration drift
- View detected changes across Entra, Exchange, Teams, Intune, and Security workloads
3. Microsoft APIs
This service uses Microsoft Graph and UTCM APIs. Your use of these APIs is also subject to Microsoft's API Terms of Use. Microsoft may impose rate limits or other restrictions on API usage.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using Entra Snapshot, you agree that:
- You have appropriate administrative access to the Microsoft 365 tenant you connect
- You are authorized to grant the required permissions
- You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- You understand this is a beta service with no uptime guarantees
5. No Warranty
This beta service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service, including any configuration changes or data loss in your tenant.
7. Changes to Terms
I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
